Someone once told me to not change anything about my person. This request is physically and emotionally not possible. Life changes you no matter what. It can make you a better person or a worse one. It can show you how to love or how to hate. It can be the one thing that sets you over the edge, and you would not be able to get back. Life has a way of making things better or worse. That's why the most humiliating things you get caught at in life are bad. Misery loves company, I guess. The ascent is sort of different. Heaven only asks once. It lets you know it was there and lets you make the choice of if you want to commit or not. It doesn't constantly bug you to go to its side. It's kind. It's loving. It supports the good in you. It wants to make that good come and be a part of everyone...
